Demolition and remodeling of the old servery started in the winter of 2013 following approval of the new design. Consultation with the National Trust who own the adjacent land, ensured the design and setting was sympathetic to the surrounding conservation area.

The old servery was completely removed and in its place a new shop was developed. Working closely with the family business ensured the new facility incorporated all aspects of their future aspirations in order to develop both summer and winter trade.
